WyAsk Reports Addendum

Effective date: 9 August 2026 · Supplemental terms — incorporated into the WyAsk Terms of Service by reference

This Addendum applies whenever you purchase an Optimization Report or a Lead Intelligence Report (together, "Reports"). It supplements, and should be read together with, the WyAsk Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between this Addendum and the Terms of Service specifically regarding Reports, this Addendum controls.

Acceptance

This Addendum takes effect, and becomes binding, at the moment you click "I Accept" (or an equivalent acceptance button) when purchasing a Report. If you do not agree, do not complete the purchase.

1. Overview

WyAsk offers two kinds of Reports, purchased individually and billed at the time of generation:

  • Optimization Report — $1 per envelope, per generation.
  • Lead Intelligence Report — $2 per report, manually triggered by the Account Holder.

Both are one-time charges, billed via Stripe at the time of purchase, and are non-refundable once the Report has been generated.

2. Optimization Reports

An Optimization Report analyses aggregated, anonymized engagement patterns across all Receivers of a single Envelope — for example, which topics were asked about most often and which topics the Envelope's Content did not address — and suggests how to improve that Content.

2.1 No individual profiling

Optimization Reports do not identify, quote, or single out any individual Receiver. They are generated only from aggregated signals across multiple Receiver sessions.

2.2 Minimum sample size

To preserve meaningful aggregation, an Optimization Report is only available for Envelopes that have received engagement from a minimum number of Receivers. If an Envelope has not yet reached this threshold, the Report will not be generated.

2.3 Ownership

You own the resulting Optimization Report. WyAsk retains all rights in the underlying methodology, scoring logic, and analytical approach used to produce it.

3. Lead Intelligence Reports

A Lead Intelligence Report analyses a single, named Receiver's engagement with an Envelope and provides topic-level insights, measured engagement statistics, and general follow-up recommendations to help you respond to that Receiver.

3.1 What a Lead Intelligence Report contains

  • The Receiver's contact information, if they provided it (for example, via an email gate);
  • Categorized topics the Receiver asked about, drawn from a fixed set of topic categories — not a verbatim transcript of their messages;
  • Measured engagement statistics (time spent, number of questions, return visits, and similar);
  • A calculated engagement/intent score and, where available, a ranking relative to other Receivers of your Envelopes;
  • General, category-based follow-up suggestions.

3.2 What it does not contain

Lead Intelligence Reports do not reproduce the Receiver's exact words, and do not include psychological or personality profiling of the Receiver.

3.3 Your obligations as recipient of this data

Because a Lead Intelligence Report contains personal data about an identified Receiver, by purchasing one you agree that you will:

  • Have and maintain your own lawful basis for contacting the Receiver based on the Report;
  • Comply with applicable data protection, marketing, and anti-spam law in your own use of the Report and any follow-up communication with the Receiver;
  • Not resell, redistribute, or publish the Report or its contents to any third party without the Receiver's consent;
  • Apply reasonable safeguards to protect any personal data contained in a Report you download or store;
  • Not use the Report to unlawfully discriminate against, or manipulate, the Receiver.

3.4 WyAsk's role

In generating and delivering a Lead Intelligence Report, WyAsk acts as a data processor on your behalf. You act as the data controller for your own subsequent use of the Report. Receivers are separately notified, before they begin chatting, that their engagement may be analyzed and summarized for the Account Holder — see the WyAsk Receiver Notice.

4. AI-Generated Insights

All scores, categorizations, and recommendations in a Report are AI-generated from measured signals and are provided to support — not replace — your own judgment. WyAsk does not guarantee the accuracy of any score, category, or recommendation.

5. Limitation of Liability for Reports

Reports are provided for informational purposes only. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WyAsk is not liable for any business decision, financial outcome, lost opportunity, or other consequence resulting from your use of, or reliance on, an Optimization Report or a Lead Intelligence Report — including decisions about how, whether, or when to contact a Receiver. WyAsk's total liability for any claim relating to a Report is limited to the amount you paid for that specific Report. This section is in addition to, and does not replace, the general limitation of liability in Section 14 of the Terms of Service.

6. Billing and Refunds

Reports are billed individually at the time of generation via Stripe. Because a Report is a rendered digital output, all Report charges are final and non-refundable once the Report has been generated, except where required by applicable law (for example, where a Report fails to generate due to a technical error on WyAsk's part, in which case the charge for that failed attempt will be reversed).
